Clicking on My Account will bring you to the “Community Portal Account View”

This is a summary of all of your loans including past and present deals. Fields include: Collateral Description, Current Balance, Total Line of Credit, Start Date, Maturity Date, Exit Date, Interest Rate, Exit Strategy, and Total Monthly Payment.

Please click on a Loan Name to get more details on that specific file.

This will bring you to the Loan Detail Page.

Please click on Related Records to view the collateral properties for each specific loan.

We are available to provide customer support 24/7.

Please send us a request via the Support icon in the Main Navigation. Please select “New” in the Status field and leave the Contact field blank. Your case will be logged in our system and it will remain in the system until it is fully resolved. We are also available to help you via email. Make Online Payment

By default, your payment will be collected via the ACH information you provided on the 15th of each month.

You can also send money ovia PayPal to make a principal payment or early mortgage payment. Please note that PayPal charges a 3% convenience fee.

RENOVATION BUDGETS

Clicking on Renovation Budgets in the Main Navigation Bar will bring you to an overview of all the Renovation Budgets you have in our system. We ask that you please review and update your renovation budget before you request additional funds from Continuum.
